Some people want to just get out of pain, while others want to improve their quality of life for the long term. I respect your personal desires and circumstances.

Your personal care plan may consist of one or more of the following: A unique, safe and gentle approach called Network Spinal Care; Somato-Respiratory Integration Exercises; Myo-Fascial Release Techniques; Mobilization; Matrix Re-patterning, Postural and Ergonomic Assessments; Gait Analysis; and Home Exercise Prescription.

DR. MESCHINO’S STORY

Dr. Meschino first became interested in Chiropractic Care when he was in high school.  He was suffering from recurrent headaches at the time and traditional medical care was only temporarily relieving the pain.  Upon the suggestion of his brother, who was in Chiropractic College at the time, he received the standard Chiropractic adjustments to his neck which resolved his problem drug free.  His original intention was to become a Veterenarian but due to the success of Chiropractic care with his headaches he decided to research Chiropractic further.  At that time it was the philosophy of Chiropractic that really impressed Paul.  The idea that the spine was a conduit of communication between the brain and the body, and that if the bones of the spine (vertebrae) are out of alignment this would disrupt that communication leading to not only pain but common illnesses.  By aligning (adjusting) spinal bones (vertebrae) the communication is restored and the body heals itself.  At that point he knew Chiropractic was for him and set his sights to that end graduating cum laude in 1986.

“When I first got into practice I was so excited to help people and that I did” conveys Dr. Meschino.  As the years went on he realized that patients need support to achieve their health goals so Dr. Meschino did his Masters of Science in Nutrition, studied exercise physiology and incorporated nutrition and exercise prescription to his practice.  “What I noticed was patients were getting better results when they adopted a healthier lifestyle along with the care I was providing” says Dr. Meschino.

“What I didn’t expect was a good number of patients, even though they adopted a healthier lifestyle along with the Chiropractic care I was providing, would have recurrent problems weeks, months or years later” relays Dr. Meschino.  He continues, ” Even though I would again successfully treat them and they got better, I wondered if there was something I could do to create more of a permanent change for them?”  It was then that Dr. Meschino realized that stress, the mind and the body were all linked together which were not only causing the conditions he was seeing in his patients but were responsible for the recurrences as well.  It has only been recently discovered that the spine has receptor sights to the chemicals of emotion released from the brain (Molecules of Emotion by Dr. Candice Pert).  So that when a patient is stressed, the emotional chemicals affect the spine, cause tension to build unconsciously, and eventually distort the alignment of the spinal bones causing pain and illness for which they would seek Chiropractic care.

This became the platform by which Dr. Meschino set off on his journey to understand the affects consciousness played on healing.  He has learned from spiritual masters and the study of sacred sights across the globe.  He was mentored by Dr. John Demartini (The Human Behavioral Specialist and Chiropractor) who gave Dr. Meschino the honor of Ambassador of Wisdom in 1999.  As a result, Dr. Meschino incorporates The Demartini Method (previously named the Quantum Collapse Process) into his unique approach to healing body, mind and spirit.  He has since conducted seminars to enlighten, inspire and heal people of all ages and walks of life.

Over a decade ago Dr. Meschino began studying with Dr. Donald Epstein, the originator of the Chiropractic approach called Network Spinal Analysis (NSA).  This gave his patients, now called practice members, the ability to fully heal, and attain enhanced states of health and wellness from this very light touch technique.  “People have more of permanent change to their condition, develop sensorimotor strategies that allow the mind and the body to communicate more effectively so they feel empowered to self regulate their spinal tension in the future, and are more in tune with what is happening in their body and how it relates to what is happening in their life.  They are more aware, conscious and wiser as a result of this type of care” says Dr. Meschino.

“My purpose in life is to help people heal in body, mind and spirit as well as awaken them to greater levels of awareness, and consciousness.  My approach is unique and whole, and gets results” Dr. Meschino finishes with.
